I saw your post on the forums requesting some help as you're starting out. This photo caught my eye in your gallery, and here is my critique.

I like the image composition. It is however, a little 'fuzzy'. I'd suggest using a tripod for this type of shot, that'll let you close the aperture more and capture an even smoother water effect. Also, the exposure here shows the white's being very bright compared to the rest of the image. Using a neutral density filter helps this a little, or a polarizer, but an easier method is to looking into bracketing.
